Everyone loves to say the gym is cope but unless your doing other more productive shit your just lazy. Ofc theres no gym for your face but imagine you, and then imaging you much bigger wearing a grey gymshark long sleeve muscle hugger. Bigger muscles r the easiest softmax and working out is incredibly good for you and your mental state. Stop rotting and go be productive - IMO

Steroids are mandatory for it to be worth while.

The whole point of gymmaxxing is to lose fat, get 20 or so lbs noob gains, then focus on something else tbh.

Trying to get to 200lbs 6% bodyfat won’t improve your sexlife much more and will take a lot of time, effort, perfect genetics or sacrificing your health to steroids.

If that’s your goal that’s fine, roids still benefit you, with no down side when done right.

I never mentioned getting to 200lbs also.

You will never look like you lift as a natty at 8% body fat without roids, or it will take multiple years of bulking.

Roids also make the dieting process infinitely easier and quicker and make maintaining easier also. I can starve on 1k calories and DNP and not lose an ounce or muscle.

Not to mention the fact a natty can’t maintain 8% or less without a fucked hormonal profile.

Roids are life.

men are not supposed to be skinny and frail, most adult women i see nowadays are bigger than adult men in size and frame

can't believe men walk around confidently with no mass on them at all, a women is meant to be a puny little thing to you, but instead her ass is bigger than your torso, fucking embarrassing

In the pursuit of maximal muscle growth without the risk of ever being too big.

My genetics are shit, but roiding is so exciting and I dont have to ever worry about being some muscle dysmorphic freak

Not law can definitely help tho there are much more important things in looksmaxing then the gym
