Gym is making me sad and angry

I'm a beginner, things were going well in my strength training until I reached 110on the shoulder press.

Week one, I got 4x5 (4 sets 5 reps)

Same week different day, 2x3 (2 sets 3 reps, wtf?)

Today week 2, (Had trouble getting through one set)

Seriously what the fuck is going on? This shit is depressing.

did u sleep enough and did u do other exercises before ohp this time around? i ohp quite a bit less if i bench first.

Yea I went with my dad to the gym 2 days before and so very heavy weights. More than I had to, but it was 2 days before..
