I'm a beginner, things were going well in my strength training until I reached 110on the shoulder press.
Week one, I got 4x5 (4 sets 5 reps)
Same week different day, 2x3 (2 sets 3 reps, wtf?)
Today week 2, (Had trouble getting through one set)
Seriously what the fuck is going on? This shit is depressing.
