When i was in a good shape before corona, more girls would pay attention to me than know, more guys respected me also. Face is most important of course, i m high tier normie, and gym only works for high tier normies and up, it may work for normies too, but the fact that it does nont work for people like alpha m, vegan gains and such does not mean a shit.
Lets say that face has 2.5 times more impact than a body, then the body is still important, it may give you 0.5 or 1psl if you are normie or high tier normie already.
That way you are ading up psl points, lets say you are 4psl add up 0.75 from v tapper lean moderatly muscular body which you got from gym, you need v shaped muscular body not big like a retarded. then you beard max, lean max, eyebrowmax, hairstylemax, wear lifts, take care of the skin and colagen, this little details will also give you small amounts of psl, then all of this adds up and you may go from 4psl to 5.5 psl
Then you can slay definitly, however if you have shit genes, cant get lean, too low testosterone, framecel or something, dont blame it to gym, that you dont get results, GYM IS COPE, no its not, you just have shit genes and nothing is works for you, for me and lot of guys gym works, not for everyone.
On the other hand, there are guys who have average or more than average genetics for gym, but they do everything incorreclty, they train like shit, no negatives, no slowing down during negatives, not enough rest betwen sets, too high volume, too much frequency, not enough rest, not enough sleep, not sticking to diets, some guys are literally cucks, only 10 percent of guys i see in the gym train properly, Yeah man it is complicated yes, it took me 3 years before i would got noticable good results, because i was making mistakes, not making much progress early on, but didnot gave up and eventualy i got results, it is worth it, partly it was hard early on because i was young and didnot had much testosterone, while making all the noob mistakes and as time went my testosterone raised up as my knolwedge about proper training i got results.
Remeber it took 3 YEARS for me to get desired body and therefore add 0.75psl, was it worth it? Hell yeah. Some of you are just lazy cucks, i m talking about normies and high tier normies, yeah you are lazy and dumb, life is haaardd, nobody will come to you and hand you out psl points, you need to fight for them at all costs, whatever way it is, maybe surgeries, maybe gym, maybe softmaxx and all of the above will add up psl points to you.
