literally the opposite of this is true for most people. talk to actual gym bros who take it seriously and they are incredibly autistic about meal timing / have panic attacks from missing a workout etc. they are the most insecure people and are afraid to take their shirt off at 10% bf. meanwhile the chad who plays sports maybe once a week and is 16% walks around shirtless all day.

i think it was arnold who said the day I started lifting is the day i became forever small.

only people who were confident already can ascend further with gym.

I feel amazing actually after I work out. It’s like all the stress and anxiety is out of my body and I feel full of energy.
 
i agree with op. gy made me feel uncomfortable because it made me physically stronger than normies despite being genetic trash. plus the T boos feels like shit when u have no girl to share it with

cope, probably from a guy who never went to the gym.
I went to the gym and gained a lot of confidence, I was that typical nerd, but then I got bigger and people respected me more, I already received compliments because of my arm, belly, and always won the iron arm.
Best of all, people are afraid to fight you.
 
You shouldn’t be lifting for confidence anyways, what does matter is that it improves your smv
