I have been going to the gym for about a year and a half and have a pretty solid physique. But lately I feel really burned out and have no motivation to go to the gym. It’s not a lack of motivation or lack of desire to improve but it’s more of a lack of enjoyment . The gym used to be the best part of my day and i genuinely used to look forward to every workout now it is just a mundane task that I don’t enjoy doing. How do I bring the enjoyment back into it? Should I switch split or something idk I just want it to be enjoyable again and not just a chore I might stop going if it keeps up
