I have been going to the gym and practicing judo for 3 years. I have started out fat. My waist is about 28-30 inches. Im pretty strong considering my age. My bench pr is 120,i can do like 14 pull ups with 24 kilos attached. I mainly focus on movements that translate to judo to render my fighting better. What can i work out? Am i above the average 16 years old gym bro??

Judo is freaking sick. Makes you strong. Diddo what others said about training neck more. Working out and doing judo at your age will for sure give you looksmax benefits as you grow and your bones change.
 
Good job on the judo, definitely above the average 16yr old
