Gym question, my bodyfat % and measurements

I plan on motivating myself this year to start gymcelling for the first time in my life. I've checked up some stuff, and decided that I will go for "model measurements" in terms of muscle mass and 10-11% bodyfat. Here is my current info:

177cm / 5'10
66kg / 145lbs

94cm chest / 37 inch
77cm waist (breath out) 80cm full breath in / 30 inch or 31,5inch
89cm hips or 35 inch
36cm neck or 14 inch

So I wanted to build up my chest to 96-98cm and biceps to 35-37cm also maintain 30 inch waist and shred everything down to visible ABS. Chico/Opry/Barrett are listed at such measurements and I cba going more.

- How long will it take to reach my dream measures, and current bodyfat levels according to multiple calculators is 11,2-14% even though I dont have abs because most of my fat is on belly cuz LDAR
- Should I go 7 days a week to make it faster?
- I love chicken, fish and eggs. My diet right now is decent I am holding on 66kg/145lbs for few years now. Sometimes I happen to eat lots of sugar (whole chocolate, a pack of chips) but I keep my caloric intake under control.
 
98cm chest with 37cm arms is gonna look ridiculous. My chest is 104cm and my arms are 36.5cm right now and my arms still look small compared to my chest.

37cm arms are too small, try get at least 40cm

What? 35-37cm is small? I thought its decent enough for skinny shredded build? Gandy has 109cm chest with 38cm biceps, but he is 191cm so it should look even bigger with my height I think?

And I just measured my relaxed biceps and its 27cm...

I started at 29cm and it took about 6 months of bloatmaxxing and gymcelling

Fuck that's longer than I thought. And I dont even know how to use any of the equipment and which ones to use.

Just go to the gym they have all the equipment you'll need
Or do calisthenics
 
175,26 is 5'9 and 177,80 is 5'10 so I am closer to 5'10 just let a subhuman cope.


Does every gym has free instructor for start that shows you stuff?

every gym has an induction session on the first day where u learn new equipment, but for some weird fucking reason the inductor that I had showed me 2 equipments and left

Mine only had 1 free session, but all you need is YouTube honestly, all the info is there

I read this in another topic about gym:

I do 5 lifts, Overhead press, Overhead pullover, Pullups, Bench dips and Deadlifts (I only do deadlifts for fun and to intimidate others).

Is this what I should be doing at start?
