I plan on motivating myself this year to start gymcelling for the first time in my life. I've checked up some stuff, and decided that I will go for "model measurements" in terms of muscle mass and 10-11% bodyfat. Here is my current info:
So I wanted to build up my chest to 96-98cm and biceps to 35-37cm also maintain 30 inch waist and shred everything down to visible ABS. Chico/Opry/Barrett are listed at such measurements and I cba going more.
- How long will it take to reach my dream measures, and current bodyfat levels according to multiple calculators is 11,2-14% even though I dont have abs because most of my fat is on belly cuz LDAR
- Should I go 7 days a week to make it faster?
- I love chicken, fish and eggs. My diet right now is decent I am holding on 66kg/145lbs for few years now. Sometimes I happen to eat lots of sugar (whole chocolate, a pack of chips) but I keep my caloric intake under control.
