I see people talking about they gym celled and it ruined their face, my face is pretty good and i started the gym 3 weeks ago, im not eating shitty food tho im cooking my own food and im eating 5 times a day. Do i continue like this or will it ruin my face like these retards are saying or are they coping and making excuses cause they look retarded?

try to eat as lean as possible and you should be good

i think is cause we think "yeah im gymmaxxing ill chill with the food and eat whatever i want so i build muscle i'll just cut later" and thats really retarded

thing is its fucking hard for me to gain weight lmao, but yea thats what most people think and i compeletely reduced my sugar intake by a huge amount
 
yes you need bulking and it's shit but you have to there's no other solution
Agreed, but he should not take it too far

Bulking cucked me for a long time and even now after losing weight i still have some puff that i need to get rid off
