I'm currently 184 cm, and weigh in at 72kg and I am guessing 18-22% bf. Is bulking to 80kg a retarded decision, or will it be sustainable or will I be wasting my time? I have no frame currently, and after bulking I plan to cut back down to a similar bf percentage if not lower. Does anyone have recommendations on daily caloric intake. I'm thinking around 3500, and then reducing it to 2100-2300 when cutting down and for how long should I bulk to allow for more muscle growth. And if u want chuck in some recommendations on shit to eat while bulking higher. Precciate it.

A kilocalorie (Calorie) surplus above maintenance between 200 up to 300 is the best spot for gaining skeletal muscle reasonably while maintaining your body fat percentage. Calculate and eat 2 to 2.2 grams of protein per kilogram of non-fat body mass; that is your body mass after the fat is subtracted from your total mass.

You should not exceed 300 kilocalories (Calories) because you will gain excessive fat that you will have to lose later. Dirty bulking does build more muscle in the same amount of time, but it also results in much more fat gain.

This should answer your question. Be sure to mark it as a solution by pressing the checkmark sign.

Don’t start off with roids. Master the basics of training and nutrition and then once you build your first 5 to 6 kg of lean mass you can consider adding some PEDs into the mix (and even then it would mostly have to do with how far you want to take it)

yeah nah i've been training for a while. I'm just not the most consistent bloke oat, but the test isn't purely for physical aspects yfm.

Can’t get jacked without putting effort bro (even with gear). There is no reason to take test other that physique pursuit or having some kind of hormonal condition
