So I bench around 250, maybe a little less, squat 365, and DL 450. I would say these are pretty solid, I am 15 and 5'11 at 198lbs. What should I be doing to get these stats up hella without any peptides, steroids, and stuff like that? Fully natty.

Just train the compounds you care about at a high frequency, at least 3x a week

Mirin bench, I’ve been running ppl x ul for abt a year. Pretty good frequency and rest
 
I would really try to up the days you go, at least full body 3x
He doesn’t need each compound minimum 3x per week lol. 2 is enough

He can go 3x per week but he definitely don’t need to
