I was wondering how I could program my current split to something like devsplits but keep the rest days to minimal as currently I do this split: U/L/U but I want to run either FBxU/L or FBxPPL but I don’t want that many rest days
 
U/L is cope

It don’t matter nigga just lift you don’t have to do any of this science based shit to get a good physique

Ppl or pplxarnold are the best for low Rest days
