ok so does anyone have any good workouts for my arms and legs at 14? currently im 14 5’9 230 and go to a planet fitness. any recommendations?
 
Preacher curls, lateral raises, stairmaster, box jumps, sprints, squats, bench

i’m in ur exact situation except i’m 140
 
For legs and arms in particular
Legs: Hack squat, smith machine SLDL, leg extension, leg curl
Arms: Machine preacher curl, tricep extension
