Hello I have a question some people say if you go 2 the gym you will grow less, everybody knows it’s cope but somebody said you only grow if your cortisol is low and if your resting/sleeping/chilling. I think that this actually makes sense cause all the tall people I know are extremely lazy? So should I go to the gym or just chill sleep n stuff
 
If you are eating enough you can probably get away with going to the gym 3 times a week to be lean overall

high stress cortisol can suppress growth if its always elevated, normal gym workouts does not keep it constantly elevated. as long as u dont overtrain and rest correctly ur gonna be fine

Wdym by overtrain? I do 3 sets till falliour and only go every 2. day

It reduces excess cortisol dude overall might get a little boost in your natural gh and better sleep quality if its already fucked there isn't any side effects for working out just dont squat with 4 plates :Comfy:

being lazy has nothing to do with it. there are lazy and active tall people.
your height is determined by genetics, sleeping well and having good nutritional intake will ensure you reach your predetermined genetic height cap.
