Would gym benefit me a ton? This is my physique without going gym. I think I have really bad chest genetics

You already look decent tbh. Of course gym would make your muscles bigger, what is that question.

I was wondering if it was even worth going, like genetically. Some people go gym a ton and they barely see change and results do genetic cap

If you legit do nothing, you have crazy genetics. You look better than 99% of guys who don;t excersise

yeah im planning to follow that one BoTB thread about gym etc if I do go. Since it has running in there and I do that once a week atleast

if you look like that without diet and training thats pretty amazing
Appreciate it, if I do start going gym should I immediately start running a cycle? Ive been thinking of going for a while but the closest gym is like 20 km away but ill be getting my drivers license soon so I can go. But I heard that running a cycle when you start is either really good or really bad what do u think

By how much do they. I’m 17 with 20 inch bidelt, still growing taller will they grow much More??
Yes they should, more likely if you’re above 6ft since taller people are more likely to have wider clavicles. I’m pretty sure ur clavicles grow all the way up to 25 years old. Also, Training the muscles of your upper torso will give the illusion of wider clavicles (deltoids, upper chest, upper back)

I’m 5’11 but still growing, my family is in awe of how fast I’m growing. I have a theory that if you build the chest and back muscles enough during until 25 (developmental years) you can stretch the clavicle length by it being pressed against muscle and effect placement before the fuse. Would this be a safe assumption? My dad has wider clavicles so it may be possible for mine to get wider

Yes I actually believe that to be true. When I was around 18 I started training all the muscles around my clavicle. And now three years later my clavicles are way wider to the point of what I would have never expected. Could have just been natural growth but it’s hard to say for sure.

I definitely think training muscles does something to the clavicles. And if your dad has wide clavicles I don’t see why you wouldn’t. And 17 is still young for clavicles. Most people don’t get full clavicle development until their early 20s.
