just started going to the gym 2 days ago, any parts I should focus on? also lmk what should I do (bulk, cut etc) I want to get into powerlifting, 14 6'2 and yes i'm aware of my high bf% (most likely 18-20%) I want to slowly cut while gaining muscle and losing fat @Mainlander @aids

i'd honestly just do maintenance or a slight deficit for a bit, let your body recomp by itself. you got black guy genetics so you're probably gonna progress fast af
