Got a bench and dumbells in my attack gonna hit a session later today

this is the programme so far

breathing dumbell pullover
lateral raises
wide grip pull ups
hanging leg raise
reverse curls

lemme know ur thoughts on this

you can do basically any exercice with dumbells and a bench honestly so there isn't really a recommandation of what to do, just do stuff you would do in a gym. also, hit legs
