i recently started going to the gym and i’ve always wanted to hit 165 on bench i can hit 135 here and there and i don’t really know why i can do 135 some days and other days i can’t. I’m 15 yo 125 bw 5’7 also how can i start eating better i don’t have that much money to be spending on groceries any tips
