I just started gym I’m 5‘11, 15y/o. 64kg/141lbs and don’t really like going pr but my friend wanted me to do so. I did 80kg bench on the smith machine and he said it’s really good but I don’t really know so I wanted to ask here. I didn’t do any tough sport before

no reason to do pr's just train for hypertrophy

Train hard(till failure) and look up sbl on tiktok, i recomend a newbie friendly creator look up jacob österreicher, he gives the best advice if you are just starting out.
