See my previous thread “Rate me, a 16yo gymaxxer”. Anyone that has the slightest bit of discipline can achieve the physique I did. I find the steroid accusations complimenting, but any other young guy scrolling through this forum will see those comments and not even bother to try and build a nice physique bc every coper on this forum makes it seem like it’s impossible to even get abs without blasting gear.
