Well, it was a nice week or so of getting back into gymcelling. After hitting shoulders for the 2nd time this week I fucked up my joint again and now it hurts to move my arm anywhere. Back to ldaring

This is the 9th time I’ve tried to get back into gymcelling this year and it ended just like every other time, in injury

it's prob just a muscle sore nig
It’s not the usual burn over my whole shoulder, it’s a targeted sting on the hard part where the muscle connects to the clavicle

Since beginning of 2024 I’ve tried to get into working out around 22 times, usually I get a couple weeks in and then I get some shit in either my shoulder joints, my elbow, or my wrist
 
If you are hurting yourself with lat raises your form is very bad or weight is too much. What were you going for?

well u gotta be doing smth wrong ? bad form? have u ever went to the doc for a visit and explained him why these keep happening

I think it’s because my frame is so tiny it just can’t handle any weight whatsoever, my wrists are like 13cm for example

I don’t think I’m doing anything wrong I lift in the scapular plane I’ve tried both pinkies up and pinkies down it always ends the same way
 
just use very light weights and rehab it, much better than completely putting it out of work

Yes I have a 15 inch bidet so you can see why I’m eager to get to 15.5

you should go to the doc, it might be expensive but it is worth it bc u are sending more by going to the gym like this, 9 times in a year and always end up like this is not normal

you must go to one and do a full body check up

How the fuck did I do so much damage to my body with a 7lb dumbbell if I had a normal frame I wouldn’t get destroyed by such a light weight using it twice in a week Why am I a true sl in every pursuit I give any effort at

thats how I felt for like two whole weeks when I first started the gym, I couldn't even bring up my arm and had difficulties eating, but it goes away u have to persevere

but first you MUST give the doc a visit to make sure what's going on in ur body, save money up bc it's 100% worth it

If you want growth I recommend higher intensity. Do less, focusing on the movement with your muscles and slow, until failure. No need to do anything fancy but you can "squeeze" your muscles as much without that much stress "flapping" your arms.
