How do homegymcels do it? Tbh I don't have enough weights or equipment, a few dumbbells and pull up bar, essentially. But have plenty of time now, as I broke my leg, so I feel like lifting some weights whenever, as often as I can. I certainly don't feel like over training, but also I know that naturally you can't recover in a day, yet I still feel like I could essentially do stuff everyday, as I go for high reps low weight.
Am I wasting my time, or can I just do stuff and still get something, depending on mood?
I used to lift seriouslyish, but can't justify being serious right now, with strict regimes.

I used resistance bands and cables.

I used resistance bands and cables.

Anything is better than nothing.
Basically this. Combined with a pull-up bar (that you already possess) you can definitely maintain a gym-maxxed physique (something I did when the gyms were closed earlier this year), and maybe even build one.

I can do 10 pull ups. I did 80kg bp and 50kg ohp for reps.

very expensive to set up home gym. will cost u 1500 bucks minimum just to get the essentials like dumbells and squat rack.

Nah. I just wanna do something interim, till gyms open up. Also feel like degenerating, because laying in bed too much, as broken leg... Sucks.

Not necessarily true. Buy used and you can get everything for 500-600

I'm a vampire, I'm afraid of sun. I been doing bc, so it'll get better. As you can see, my arms are very dark and sunburnt. I try to protect myself from sun.

that's exactly how much i spent. 200 on bench press and 300 on weight plates. that way i can bench with the barbell, use it for over head press, squat and rows. i can also use the bench for dumbell press, seated curls etc bench press probably most versatile gym equipment on minimum budget. for 1500 tho i could have ample dumbells instead of just two lol

retard, zyzz could probably bench 220lb for multiple reps with 300lb max. these aesthetic guys aren't weak either, they also train for strength. if you went to the gym you would actually know that training just for hypertrophy gets boring. hitting higher numbers is part of the thrill of lifting
