Gymcel plateau, help me gym bros!

I'm hitting a terrible plateau at 90kg and 15% body fat or so. I have added a 400mg weekly dose of Tren E to my weekly TRT of 200mg Test C. At my height I should not be hitting any kind of genetic limits at this weight while on steroids.

I have tried various changes in my routine, and I have tried taking time off in case it was an overtraining issue. My diet is slightly above maintenance with 150-200g protein a day.

Routines I've used - supposed to be progressing weight or reps but I am just not able to:

1 set per day per muscle group to failure
3 sets every 2 days, to failure
6 sets every 2 days, failure on last only

Symptoms:
1. Lethargy, frequently feeling very tired
2. Foamy piss
3. Barely able to maintain my lifts, no progress on reps or weight in months despite consistent workout and diet

Possibilities:
1. Fucked cortisol levels ?
2. Fucked HGH levels ?
3. Fucked thyroid ?
4. Early stages kidney failure ?

Last time I had a blood test in February I had no issues with thyroid or kidney. I've never had HGH tested. I've had my Test tested and the Tren certainly feels like it's legit based on the temper it's giving me.

Any gymcels got some clues on what to do?

I expect my muscles to grow if they are stimulated and then given sufficient time to recover tbh.

I'm doing calisthenics at home so my exercise selection is limited but I am NOT going to the gym as a trucel, just fucking no.

I sold my power rack and barbell etc for a 10x profit during covid then realised I don't actually need them.

I was plateau'd just as badly with "proper" weight training anyway. Couldn't add weight, couldn't add reps - I'd just fail - and adding calories just made me fat. 3x5, 5x10, tons of isolations, periodisation... Nothing.

It's fucking dumb if this is my limit though. I have a small frame but come on...

My god you’re stupid. You literally went on roids while just doing calisthenics. Plus you’re a truecel. Plus you’re under six feet. It’s over for u bro. Better spend that roid money on a rope instead.

What was your strengthlevel? Benchpress, Overheadpress, deadlift, squat, rows 1rm max

And what do you eat for protein? Meat and fish seems to work better than diary for me.

I would try to do 6-20 reps for like 2 weeks. Whatever weight you feel like, but dont train too light. Decent amount of weight and try to rep it relatively fast, dont grind for 5 seconds. Dont go to failure with compound movements. And dont use too much rest between sets. Do atleast two rest days per week. Where you train with very light weight or go for a walk or something that lets you actively recover.

Why not cut to below 15% ? cut to 86kg shredded you should look like a mogger
 
Deadlift 6 plates, squat 5 plates, bench press 3.5 plates and overhead press 2 plates. At 90kg this is achievable and you should look somewhat respectable after getting close to / reaching these numbers.

Why bother staying shredded if your face failos you to zero SMV.
Perma bulking until surgery complete…
