Stop for a 1.5 years due to personal issues. I'm Now 23, have been lifting srs for almost 2 years now. I would say i was almost 21 inch bideltoid there. I'm Now about 23.5 inch bideltoid. So I gained 2-2.5 inch on my overall shoulder width from lifting weight. That's my estimationView attachment 303817
What helped get 23.5 inch bideltoid was emphasizing upper back,lats and shoulders. Snatch grip rack pull at all knee levels will help you get wide asf. I snatch grip rack pull in the mid 900s slightly above the knee where this stilll decent range of motion. And also being in a high bf helps a lot. Get strong at ohp to get better delts, it's hard to build delts as a natty, if you roid your delts will explode. Things like heavy cheatrows,deadlifts,bench press,Ohp and the imo the best frame builde snatch grip rack pulls got me wide asf. Doing these exercises while on a surplus will make you wide asf. This is what worked for me. And I'm not done adding inches tbh, only been training for 1.5 years and my bench and ohp sucks ass compared to my rows, deadlifts and rackpulls.
