I have been lifting for 2 years.
been bulking the whole time
6 foot 8 (yes i know im tall asf)
180lb-230lb
recently got on ostarine first PED cycle ever

I think i am regretting getting muscles in the first place.

honestly i have this thought like in most situations, big muscles kind of suck.

I feel so much more high maintentnce, i have to consume so much food (which i dont like doing at all) to be at 230.

Fucking been going to the gym 6 days a week for 2 years for 2 hours

I have a fast metabolism. I miss feeling light and spry. eating when i feel hungry. when i walk around the city now i am more like a big oaf at 6'8".
plus i have small head

I hate the life style of eating and eating and lifting in the gym. i feel like i look stupid on the train. or on the street.

do women really like a guy with muscles that just come from a fucking gym. its such a daranged practice.

and useless. Like muslces adapt to stimulus. so If you just like a certain lifestyle they will grow to support that.

physique is honestly all about efficiency and adaptability.

when are big muscles useful? honestly in an office, in the club, in bed thats all I can think of.

not on the street though. it just looks like a waste of resources. Its like wearing a winter coat in the summer. Like biologically useless.

I think the key is to be as big as possible without it slowing you down.

gymmaxxing has me fucking depressed too jesus christ.

I kind of want to jusst train legs, neck, forearms, maybe shoulders.

I dont know i feel so weird now. like instead of a stick man like before which can be kind of a vibey basketball aesthetic, I now look like a thick trunked tree.

Idk i feel unsustainable and unhealthy eating so much and what not i want to slim down

bruh shits fucking depressing bro i feel like i looks stupid as hell bulked like being 6'8 is inefficient in the first place. I think women can sense like how much effort you are putting in to change your fucking build and they like guys who are just genetically muscular not fucking gymcels

Muscles do fucking matter but not the gymcel ogre bodybuilder 20% bodyfat type you will see in every commercial gym.

The muscles that women are attracted to are the ones that are proportional to your frame/skeletal structure and are built in a proportional v-shaped manner. In other words you can’t look uncanny or unhealthy.

Avoid bulking too. it is a gymcel meme that produces ugly bloated uncanny physiques that are unappealing to not just women, but every normal person in society (it only looks good to other gymcels)

And getting the physique women find attractive is not done through excessive gymcelling. 3-4x/week training MAX. Eat around your maintenance calories and optimizing your testosterone (the better your testosterone and health are, the less work you will have to do, your body will transform your physique naturally).

you dont need to be massive if u dont want to dude idk why u hate ur muscles so much but in that case jus stop. muscles add smv and dimorphism, which leads other ppl to put respect on ur name

6'8 you can use height niche theory to your advantage. 0 point to gym-maxxing in your position. Honestly 0 point gym-maxxing in general unless it's your preferred form of exercise.
