A Chinese marathon runner trapped in his apartment because of the coronavirus has revealed how keeps fit by running around his tiny apartment. Health therapist and amateur marathon runner Pan Shancu from Hangzhou in the eastern Chinese province of Zhejiang, is using the small space in his flat to keep fit during the quarantine. As part of his routine, he is repeatedly running around two tables and the short length of his hall and balcony - and he has covered 31 miles so far.
