Hey so long story short
I been lifting consistantly for like 2 years and since march I completely stopped because I just used ramadan as an excuse lost a lot of weight and muscle mass too and I'm lacking motivation.
anyways now I'm gonna have to come up with something new because I'm working and I just can't go back to my arnold split
I've looked up the gentleman split from natural hypertrophy and I still don't understand shit about it cuz I ain't watching hours of his yap ngl.
If anyone been on that gentleman split please enlighten me.
