And people with shit genetics will need more than 4 times a week more frequency and Chico was very tall unlike guys over here and to top it all off that was back in 2010 in 2022 gymcelling is bare minimum to be in the game.

You think so? I'd think most anyone can build a good physique on 3-4 days a week. Especially if you keep leg training to a minimum which isn't a looksmax anyway beyond a certain (low) threshold

Yes especially those with supposed shit genetics
 
Doesn't matter how many days a week as long as you're hitting every muscle 2x a week, but the less times you go the more time you'll spend per session. I run PPL 6x a week purely because I actually enjoy lifting.

All these will yield the same results if done correctly:
- Push Pull Legs 6x a week
- Upper/Lower 4x a week
- Full body 2x a week (AlphaDestiny says he does this and he's one of the most impressive natties I've ever seen (no saving his hair or height though :feelskek:))

Every program is essentially the same if weekly volume and training frequency per muscle is the same, you'll probably only need more specific and meticulate programming if you're really advanced.

The thing is, increased volume doesn't equal increased gains. You also have the recovery capacity to actually recover from the increased volume. So if working out is your main goal in life, go ahead and work out 7x a week but that's not realistic for most. And if you can't grow on 4x a week, I dunno what to tell you other than that the gym is probably not for you/take roids
