Would i build 5kg of muscle with golden six program and 3000 calories and 130g protein a day if i do this for 6 months
 
Keep it simple, as a natural its all about maximising hormones. That means doing all methods of Testosterone maxxing (Thread of it in best of the best section), and 1g of protien per lb of bodyweight ideally whether your cutting, maintaining or bulking because your body is not in a constant anabolic state when your on steroids, so portion maximises muscle growth. Sleep is massively underrated if your not getting 9-10 hours of unbroken deep sleep your selling yourself short. Also training frequency matters, if your not training hard as a natural (going at or near to failure) then your not maximising any muscle gain and just prolonging the duration of reaching near peak natural physique condition.

Clean eating is also massively underrated, Try to avoid eating as much as processed or junk food as possible considering it lower’s Testosterone and try to avoid Masturbation. Do not avoid compound lifts, keep it heavy for compounds, and moderate for isolations emphasising more on the eccentric squeeze, and control of the reps with isolation then you would have with compounds where you can go all out heavy for sets.
