Video won't load, but gymcelling is far from cope. You don't have the right to say it's cope if you haven't tried properly. Atleast 1.5 years of proper structured programming/training, diet and rest. Fools that say gym is cope didn't do anything right. Gym is most basic looksmaxing you could do. You will always be better version of yourself when gymcelled. And if you have good bones hiding, it can make it more prominent. Obviously there is a specific base you want like not being a total manlet or ugly as shit. But you have to try to see and gymcelling is also healthy both physically and mentally even if it's over. Serves as good cope for incels
