i dont have space and equipment at home
my gym is exactly 30 min away from home (by foot)
but i could just ask parents for a lift
and the gym is next to my school

Use a bike trust, you get free cardio plus endurance training if your city is hilly you get even more endurance training

Yeah i used to get so much dopamine hitting prs and listening to music but recently it got boring and I'm skipping alot

Happened to me 2 years in. I took a 6 month break and I’m getting into it fully but will never train to failure, too much cortisol.

The gym is good if used properly for mental health and looks. It spikes GH and I chew on my inscicers immediately after for CCW rotation.

I also only train Shoulders, Lats and Legs with some secondary. It’s made me more confident with the few mm of Clavicular length frauding.

Once I’m able to afford (it’s like 10-15K) 10-20 years of top Sperm Storage at a clinic to preserve it I’ll mess around so I don’t have to worry about my offspring, that’s the only thing which clinical trials shows can mess up even when done perfectly.

When I’m older I want to be a powerlifter. Right now my school doesn’t have a weightlifting team and my parents don’t want to pay for a powerlifting gym membership because I have a home gym. Idc tho I’m greatful for the home gym and I can wait a few years
