it's not just muscle, it's stamina, carry/lift capacity useful for throwing peole/wrestling, it's explosiveness(mostly genetic but can be increased a bit), and it's bone density. goes with load carrying capacity, if you can squat 200 lbs you can lift a person up and throw him on his head

It makes you worse at fighting, carrying useless gym bro muscles slows you down without any significant benefits. Ideal fighting build, is 6’6+, broad shoulders, long limbs, short torso and a thick skull with minimal muscle, this gives you a strength, agility and distance advantage all while still having good stamina.

I always de-escalate and avoid fights. I just rushed him while smiling and saying some type of greeting to confuse him.

It's aggressive friendly de-escalation. If it doesn't work, I still have combat training, some martial arts, jujitsu, and most importantly years of childhood trauma of being beat up by my dad when I was small, bullied at school, and endless rejection by women, that I have to tap into.
