How am I supposed to have fun w alcohol? That's the only drug that makes me low inhib.Not hard , blast t , workout 1-2 hours a day , eat high protein and go have fun on the weekends ( no alcohol )

U dont even need to do allot for results. Cover every muscle, eat enough calories and protein if trying to gain, put up weight over time and/or inject test.
I never even had a routine when I was making my best gains I decided oh its back day today and walked in and did whatever exercises I felt like.

Well you can get there I used steroids for about 5 years and so allot of the muscle I'm holding on trt now is muscle memory from my previous big cycles.Same height but at 68 kg great job btw

Test 500, test 300 +superdrol and last big cycle 700mg tren, 50mg anadrol 600mg test. Also basically cruised 300mg for years.what did your previous cycles look like?

Downside now though is im trying to stay as light as possible since im in late 20s and more weight = more organ stress. But even doing cardio 4 times a week my weight can go up very quick if I start eating allot. Sometimes I will start 300mg test end of winter/beginning of spring and I jump straight up to 105-110kg range.
500mg for 8 weeks. Then about 5 months later 500mg with superdrol (which is one of the best orals in my opinion and gets a bad rep for toxicity when its no worse thn anadrol really).what was your first cycle?
Could work dont buy a 300mg/ml vial they are usually underdosed though. Reason pharma grade test doesnt go to that dose is because its really hard to cook test to tht dosage. If u do it buy a 150mg/ml or 200mg/ml vial and inject every 3 days.I was thinking 300 mg test e for 16 weeks as my first cycle. What do u think?
