I never understood gymcels and found their actions stupid but when faced with a genetic NT htn who doesn't have to spend 1% of the effort I do just to be an ND mtn you kinda remember this meme
And this feeling of inability to change your position gets overwhelming.
What is there to do?
Hard diet yourself? Hardmaxx? Fashionmaxx?
What is there to achieve?
Artificially looking htn by the time you are kinda old anyways?
Nothing can top a young, natural and effortlessly genetically gifted man.
And the only way to avoid this terrifying feeling of crawling despair is, realistically, to do something as simple as go to the gym and pretend your marginal and meaningless progress matters.
Cause what is the alternative?
The only reasonable action is to ldar rot but it gets old pretty fast.
