Help, I am moving to a new highschool, its a chance for me to reinvent myself and walk in as a HTN+, right now im 15 and will be entering in august 2025, right now im 6'0/183 cm and 70kg/150 lbs, im skinny fat and my face makes me look obese even though im at a very very "healthy" weight according to my doctors. I want to build a lean physique before i move, I dont have a gym I have access to so I will only use bodyweight exercises, can a gymcell or a leancell help me create a plan

bro if you eat 2g of protein per kg of weight, eat in a caloric maintenance and do exercise you will get leaner with time its really not that hard

If no gym just calorie deficit high protein

Check where your testosterones at with your doctor and if it’s low for your age you can get test. A lot of people here are more lenient on a 15 year old like yourself roiding yourself. But honestly idk. The advice I feel like giving rn is more like a softmaxx I believe you should boost your test as much as you can naturally with this time period you have. Eating lots of meat and keeping the carbs under 150 grams since your skinny fat. But boosting your test is the most mogger thing you could do rn and going to the gym and putting muscle on and getting an aesthetic physique. I don’t know too much about roiding but some might say mk677 is good for you aswell since you’re 15 and your growthplates aren’t closed either and you’re going through puberty. You should definitely look into it if you wanna ascend
 
No gluten, if you want carbs then just some potato.
No lactose no sugar or processed shit.
Meat, eggs, fish chicken abit of fruit if you want

And just get a planet fitness membership tbh it’s only 10-20$ a month. If you’re not willing to put the work and research in you don’t want it bad. Enough that simple but I think if you actually do this it’ll be a great project. I’ve been on and off the org since 2022 so I know A thing or 2 you can ask me whatever lil nigga
