Look, if you personally don't like metal music, thats fine. don't listen to it. Everyone likes or dislikes different things.

What pissed me off is when you said it should be Banned for everyone, which I assume also includes the people that enjoy listening to it.

Hope you understand.

Have a small snack before you lift. Don't lift or workout with an empty stomach/hungry.

what if i am trying to burn fat ? . no weights , just cardio

before, first thing in the morning if u just want to lose fat , but if i was u id do weights or something instead of cardio

It really depends on the cardio as well. Brisk walk is good, light jog is good, Hiit is bad on a empty stomach, because it burns through glycogen like there's no tomorrow and if you're on a empty stomach the only glycogen availabe is in the muscle and liver. Fasted cardio won't burn more fat than just normal cardio where you ate before, but it kinda keeps you accountable because you're like "i'll eat after i've done my cardio".
 
It's down to personal preference. you get a better pump with some carbs tho

It doesn't matter. You should eat 3-4 times a day anyway so before and after

I do an hour of cardio in am. Before food. Then, later in the day, after a small snack, weights. Then food.
