It really depends on the cardio as well. Brisk walk is good, light jog is good, Hiit is bad on a empty stomach, because it burns through glycogen like there's no tomorrow and if you're on a empty stomach the only glycogen availabe is in the muscle and liver. Fasted cardio won't burn more fat than just normal cardio where you ate before, but it kinda keeps you accountable because you're like "i'll eat after i've done my cardio".what if i am trying to burn fat ? . no weights , just cardio
Can't do leg day without carb overdoseIt's down to personal preference. you get a better pump with some carbs tho
