How much protein do you guys usually take in per day and what’s the sweet spot?
 
about 130-150g a day but im 176cm manlet and 68kg or smth

0.8 g per body weight if ur lazy just subtract 40-50 of ur weight so if ur 200lbs you will do 150-160g of protein

You need to count macros based on your bodyweight, Lean mass, height, and fitness goals
 
Counting macros when you’re not a competitive body builder or training for a competition is peak autism
 
80% of bodyweight in pounds. If I decide to get more, I'll be overeating calories which will make me fat.

60 grams is good, 100gs is more then enough

The amount of protein varies depending on the intensity or volume of training, but if you do strength training regularly several times a week, 2-2.5g of protein per kilogram body weight is optimal.
 
Body weight in pounds = grams of protein
