So IIve been going to the gym doing full body workouts everytime with huge amounts of reps and weighs and it doesn’t work.

Please, offer me a split that primarily is shoulder dominant especially the lateral head and no legs thanks.
 
I have you a good split on your last thread but if you don’t want to do legs this is what I would do

Day 1: chest and shoulders
Day 2: back
Day 3: arms

The reason your old split isn’t working is because you aren’t giving yourself time to recover from your workouts, you are also doing way too much volume

but I go to the gym at least5 times per week 2 in 1 out cycle

5 times per day? Or 5 times a week, just go day 1, day 2, rest, day 3, day 1, rest, day 2, day 3, rest and so on

This is what I do,

Preacher Curl
Dumbbell Curl
Skullcrushers
Tricep Straight Bar Pushdown

2-4 sets for each, in the 5-12 rep range

I did simmilar to this today, 3sets of dips, 3 sets of machine tricep pushdowns, 3 sets of machine bi curls,3 sets of cable tri pushdowns and 3 sets of pec flys
This is what I do,

thanks bhai, tmmrw im gonna do shoulders and back but single hand rows mostly cuz my lats are super unbalanced

Nice, make sure when you’re doing rows for your lats to keep your elbow tucked in so you aren’t just training upper back 👍🏻
