With a correct diet and a set program that I follow, how long should it take me as a gym noob at 86kg, 5'10, like 20% bodyfat, to reach 15%, if I am eating on maintain? I was told that as a beginner you would be able to lose body fat, at the same time as you gain muscle.
 
86 kg wtf!?!
 
If you wanna lose weight, I don't think eating at maintenance will work, even if you do lift.

I wouldn't. Just make sure you're getting enough protein to keep yourself from losing muscle.

You need to lose weight not gain or maintain
 
workout/jog/hiit everyday is the most important thing
 
Be in a 20% calorie deficit and you will lose 1pound every week

I havent gone to the gym, so its not muscle. Also I think 86kg is within normal weight for being 5'10 (1,78 cm).

no its not. were the same height and im 71kg. im skinnyfat

It's a BMI of 27 or so, which is pretty normal. Not "skinny," but normal.

 
I was 90kg at prolly 20 to 25 bf at july, then i started eating 1300kcal while my tdee was 2500. Now im 73kg jfl
