i am 167lbs at 70.86-inch bulking till 190 lbs at 20%bf and then start cutting
bicep 15inch
forearm 12 inch
thigh 22 inch (legs are cope anyways)
neck 15.3 inch
calves 14 inch
chest 40 inch

i can get to this level by next year maybe and I believe 16-19% bodyfat is good to even look big in cloths.
what y'all think?

Don't listen to what they say but see what they are doing, unless you are a turbomanlet basically below 5ft5 , height doesn't really matter that much

my forearms exceed the predicted maximum by almost two inch and I've never trained them.

If this is legit im fucking hyped to continue gymmaxxing, 6'4" 230lbs would be insane. It seems legit tho cuz one of my cousins is 6'2" 230lbs and has similar bones to me

Also heres my brothers version, almost 6'7 and 250lbs, hes already 210lbs so we will see if this is possible within the next 8 years
