yes helped a lot with confidence and personality too became more DOM albeit i also changed diet n shit

yes i didn't realize how much it did till i stopped lifting after corona pandemic bullshit turned in to a shadow of my formerself but I will be like that again once gyms are open and i can diet + musclemaxx
