R8 my bulk
This was the begging of the bulk in December
I went from 155 to 180lbs in 3months and my strength went up a lot
Will I lose most of my muscle if I cut now, or should I bulk 10~ more
My main problem is but load's of acne I get from taking shots of vegetable oil
