It contains a protein mix of basically whey, casein and soy protein + a good dose of creatine

Two of the latter proteins being gay from what I know

Still it has an amazing price to protein ratio

Thoughts?

Why not both

You don't like the powder?
Its useless and overpriced and tastes bad
normal protein sources are cheaper and tasye better
idk why people drink protein in 2022 lol

2.09 GBP/100g protein is very good value
82% calories from protein too.
I wonder if the low cost is due to the fact that the protein blend contains soy protein isolate instead of pure whey protein isolate?

This is the whey protein powder I like to buy when I'm bulking to save money and put on some extra calories. $22.97 CAD for 2lbs. It's got a little more fat, sugar and carbs. Carbs and fat are more important when bulking compared to cutting.

What I like to buy when I'm cutting. $29.97 CAD for 2 lbs. The high protein-to-calorie ratio (almost 80%) is ideal for cutting. Makes it easier to get your protein intake up while keeping your caloric intake low.

Using protein powders when meat, dairy, eggs are readily available is so stupid.

For me I supplement daily with protein powder, often times multiple times a day depending on how much protein I'm getting that day from real food, out of convenience.
I make eggs/egg whites 4 times a week.
I eat skinless chicken breast 4 times a week.
I eat tuna like maybe twice a week.
I tried 0% Milk Fat No Sugar Added Plain Greek Yogurt with 19-to-6 protein-to-carb ratio but it's nasty. They have Vanilla Greek Yogurt with like 2-5% MF. But the protein-to-calorie ratio is way, way lower because of the added sugar and milk fat.

I never understood why people buy prot powder you would get more protein spending that money on actual food and get more cals and nutrients, unless you wanna cut and want pure protein to minimize cals

its not that easy to get so much protein an egg is only like 8g protein

Yeah it's kinda hard to get my daily protein without supplementing on protein powder.
Here is my protein intake for the day

whey protein isolate powder: 34g
four slices of bread for breakfast: 20g (bread should not be your primary source of protein. But I do eat a lot of bread)
three slices of different brand bread for lunch: unknown protein content
Milk: 15g (for my protein shakes, egg batter, to drink with the chocolate and with coffee. When I'm cutting, I mix my whey protein with water, cut out sweets and take my coffee BLACK).
Chocolate Covered Peanuts: 14g (I'm dirty bulking. Only 8.6% of the calories come from protein so I ate like 676 calories worth)
Egg Whites: 14g (lean protein alternative to egg yolks. But more expensive)
Large Egg: 6.5g
Total: 104g+ (if you include the unknown amount from the three slices of bread, it's easily over the 108g I need. I weigh only 132.4 lbs.)

Other high-protein, low-calorie hacks for cutting:
0% fat canned tuna
0% fat no sugar added Greek Yogurt
skinless chicken breast. Since I'm bulking, I prefer to buy those hot and ready whole chickens from Wal-Mart with the skin-on and fattier parts of the chicken
pink salmon

Protein to cost ratio is pretty good,
Doesn’t have enough creatine to make a significant difference though

I only use it on yoghaurts to give good taste, other than that I don't use it tbh
