Ogres IRL tell me that you have to go over 20% if you want to get really big but online I’ve read that you shouldn’t go past 15%

I want to cut down to 10% and then bulk to 15% and cut back down to 10 and do that over and over. Is this reasonable?
will I see gains from doing this or do I need to become a 20% bloatmaxxer when bulking?
I really don’t want to sacrifice my face too much for my mediocre body genetics.

bulking is cope, you will not gain that much more muscles than if you are constatly at maintenance or slight deficit, but also your face will look like shit just as added bonus

Get to about 10/12%, this way you can control your hunger (<8% is almost starvation, if you're not used to such a restricted eating you'd just suffer and probably would look like a skelly) then lean bulk all year round, having a slight cut before summer
People usually forget how much you can actually eat while lean bulking (and tbh it's way easier to maintain you diet, if you bulk too hard you probably would just get fat and take 2 years to get to a decent body)

If you can see your abs you're good.
If you know you'll go on a vacation to the sea, start cutting 1 month before at least (or asap if less)

The key is consistency, the more you cut/maintain/lean bulk the more you'll get used to this kind of instinctive eating

Either way works, but keep in mind if you get up to 20%, you'll have to diet either really hard or really long to get back to 10%.

If you bulk for a whole year straight, you'll be lucky to not go over 20%.

Yes, it's doable. But you'll get to a point where you'll stop seeing a difference in your muscularity from the start of your last bulk to the end of your last cut. At that point, you should either maintain or inject.

If I wanted to continue lifting natty and going up in my lifts what bf% would I have to get to then when bulking?

Somewhere between your third and fifth year of lifting. Maybe even sooner if you lifted in the past and regained old muscle (much faster than gaining brand-new muscle). You can expect an FFMI somewhere around 22 if your genetics are average -- and if they're not, you'll know.

Your lifts can still go up slowly, but that will be due to improvements in your nervous system and connective tissue rather than your actual musculature.

A wider bf% range for cutting and bulking won't change your natural limit.

The dumbest thing you can ever do is bulk when you're already lean/cut and have muscle. It doesn't make any sense. The ONLY time I ever recommend anyone bulking is when you're a skinny subhuman with no muscle. Obviously you'll have to build muscle somehow, and the only way you can is by bulking, but once you bulk enough, and gain the muscle, you cut, and when your muscles do deflate a bit, you'll still look great lean and cut with muscles as opposed to some subhuman ogre.

This is what I did. Prior to my surgeries, even when I was a gymcel I got no attention from women when I was bulked. I only got attention from men. Once I got cut, and got lean, and got abs, and the Adonis Belt + my cheeks got a bit more hollow I did get more looks by women at the beach, and I did manage to fuck a 4/10 Latina even as a subhuman, because of my good body.

It becomes painfully slow after 3 years and ceases pretty much entirely after 5. Even after 2, it's not great.

Well, like I said I only ever want to go up to 15% which isn't exactly fat. I'm at like 18 - 20% now and i'm fairly happy with my face. I always thought I was like 12%
I don't have the genetics to be an ogre, nor would I ever want to be one anyway.
My main goal is to have a TikTok type physique but still have more muscle than most of those guys do, so before I do that I will need to cut and bulk.

Social media is mostly about lighting and camera tricks. You just have to be lean and muscular enough for those to work. A lean 3-year natty physique should be enough. You have a good enough base to work on.

Even non-lifters see at least a tiny bit of ab at 15%. The abs are also like the forearms and calves in that they don't grow much from training.
