Ogres IRL tell me that you have to go over 20% if you want to get really big but online I’ve read that you shouldn’t go past 15%
I want to cut down to 10% and then bulk to 15% and cut back down to 10 and do that over and over. Is this reasonable?
will I see gains from doing this or do I need to become a 20% bloatmaxxer when bulking?
I really don’t want to sacrifice my face too much for my mediocre body genetics.
