Context don't have to read: Doing a strength programme as i have good size but want more strength, its my first week doing it so i did moderate/light weight.

Did deadlifts earlier, then did safety bar squats for the first time on my new programme. Three ethnics walk in they chatter amongst themselves cause i am doing light weight, and wearing tracksuit bottoms(i forgot my shorts).

They were doing squats next to me one of the manlet ethnics shows his friend how much his belly pops out when doing squats JFL.The whole session i could hear them talking about me.

When i did my session i walked past them, i height and frame mogged all of them, i saw a look of subservience in the manlet ones eyes deep down he knew it was ogre.

Didn't even have much muscle for a manlet either. Do your session nigga and go home.

Extra: I am 6" with long arms and legs
If you are tall, then the bar has to travel further in a squat, bench, or deadlift than for a shorter person. If you are tall and disproportionately long limbed, then this issue is magnified. You do a lot more work per rep than shorter guys or more evenly structured tall guys.

It’s true lifting as a tall person is a whole different game. Look at alphadestiny, he’s like 5’4 and he thinks his physique is impressive, but it would take someone who is 6’3 twice as much work and time to get the same muscle size

I mogged when i did sports, but lifting i am not the best at. The optimal proportions for weightlifting/bodybuilding are trash in 90% of sports.

Heavy weights are the biggest meme ever created

They did a study and as long as you go to failure you will build an optimal amount of muscle

Fucking manlets, angry little things breathing heavily and doing squats to make themselves look even more stocky.
