Usualy train 4-6 Time sper week. Push pull legs, i sometimes skip 1/2leg workouts tho.

No., i dont have a strict programm, i just try 2 hit all muscles 2 Times per week, with lower and highe rrep ranged, never lower than 6 never more than 14. Important are your natty test lvls and how much food you eat. No good no growth. GL,dont be fat.

I didnt Take any roids. I ll tag you when i start my cycle ok? I ll do it soon, planned it for a while. Will do 10 weeks 250m test e probably.

You’re a horrible liar. You lost fat on a bulk. I don’t care muscle memory or not. You can’t lose body fat and gain 32 pounds in 2 months.

Yes do roids. You will look amazing! You have a nice aesthetic frame, but your ectomorphism fails you, so you won't get a gymmaxxed body naturally.
 
Until you reach those strength standards, you're not fully gymmaxxed as a natural:

31 bodyweight hanging leg raises (Lower Abs)
100 lb weighted chin-up (Lats and biceps)
150 lb barbell bicep curl (Biceps)
150 lb lying tricep extension (Triceps)
200 lb overhead press (Shoulders)
200 lb neck curl (Neck)
235 lb wrist curl (Forearms)
250 lb bent-over Row (Lats)
270 lb standing cable crunch (Upper abs)
300 lb bench press (Chest)
385 lb barbell calf raises (Calves)
400 lb squat (Quads)
450 lb deadlift (Hamstrings, Lower back and Glutes)


And yes I say this as a skinny guy who is far from having reached those standards, I still plan on reaching all of them in 3 years at most.

You have very thin bones. Look at your wrists. They are puny. That means your genetic base muscle is small because the tendons connecting them to your bones are small. You're going to have a very hard time putting on much muscle without steroids.

Yes indeed my wrists are on the smaller side, but it doesnt stop me to get bigger if i eat enough lol.

You look like you're close to the point where eating more will just make you fat with no muscle gain to show for it. I'm an ectomorph like you. When I hit that point, people couldn't even tell I worked out, whether I was bulky or cut. That's the fate of all natty ectomorphs, unfortunately.

You're lean, shirtless, and have good lighting. You're not going to have good lighting all the time, and you'll usually be wearing a shirt.

You already have a top 10% body, but if this is for Tinder, you need to have one that's top 1%, and that's being generous.
