How much will it take to get my physique back after 1.5 years of no gym? I lost about 10kgs, but at the same time I was 17 and now I'm 19 (a lot more mature and its obviously visible).

Also what are your recommendations to get back on track the fastest way possible? Outside of sleep and enough food

Edit: I forgot to add that I trained for 5 years and had very good form, so I have what to recover (I wasn't a newbie)

i would say start doing 2 UPPER 1 LOWER a week and with light weight

it won't take very long.

my friend stopped going to the gym after building a good physique because of heartbreak and stuff

and then when he came back he regained almost all strength and muscle in just a month or slightly more

How much weight he lost and what were his numbers on exercises

he went from like 80kg - 64kg

i dont know his exact numbers, but regained pretty much all strength after about 2 months
 
Stop stressing about that literally what the fuck does it matter for, just start working out again and u will start seeing progress.

Ur muscles will look bigger and ur weight will go up rapidly because of the glycogen stores in ur muscles filling up again. None of this will be actually size tho

Tbh take mk677 or CJC 1295 or both doesn't really have bad effects at all if you have your diet down and it'll improve everything

I dont struggle with eating
 
if you worked out for 5 years your muscles are gonna come back in no time; muscle memory

just go harder than you ever did and eat well
