I have seen so much people shitting on the gym just because they saw a few skinny slayers, but fuck man, is not hard to understand that a few pounds of muscle always are gonna make a good difference, they are just lazy asf.

Generally, if you're a Chad, you're going to look great with a Fight Club physique, but if you're average looking or ogre, you need to get really muscular to look good, but you can do that naturally, it just takes 2-4 years of good hard training.









But women can definitely appreciate a muscular physique regardless of how good your face looks or how short you are.
There was this one instance where a hot news lady was interviewing a short pro-bodybuilder and you could tell she was getting the hots for him because of how muscular he was and she was not so subtle about it either (1:17 mark in the first video). Gymmaxxing really does ascend you. Think of the women who cheat on their boyfriend, generally, the married woman's secret lover is a muscular guy, not always but often.

I've seen ogres who had great success with women after getting muscular, it just takes a lot more muscle.

You can't just leanmax and gain 10 lbs of muscle and call it a day, you have to really fill out your frame to at least 70-80% and trigger the biological instinct of looking like a man who can fight multiple attackers and win. Sure, fighting ability matters more in a fight but looking muscular signals you can fight even though you can't.

It applies mainly to the fact that taller men who are muscular will dwarf shorter men who are muscular. But it takes a lot longer for a tall guy to look big, and there are such few muscular men around in real life that if you're like 5'6" and muscular, there are not going to be many men who can mog you.

Also, on Tinder, as a skinny slightly muscular 6'4" guy, I get less matches than 5'10" guys who are very muscular, even if facial aesthetics are similar.

Gym helps you in so many ways. Give it a proper shot and you'll see the effects on you (dopamine, libido, test, losing fat, etc). If you have the self-decency of not rotting in bed all day and are consistent in your work (no, hitting the gym now and once again in 6 years won't help), then your body will reward you. Take it from someone who does it often and feels shit when not doing it. Not a gymcell, but the body knows when something is good for it.
