what can i do to improve gains in the gym?
dont say stupid bs like diet sleep cut be lean whatever because i tried everything and im too broke for peptides and tren is there anything i can do to improve? 17 yo 178cm
also how can i get a wider frame but not too wide because i have an average frame

edit: been going to the gym for about a year doing a bit of sbl and my split is anterior/posterior rn
 
That "bs" is not stupid. Its very crucial for the gains, you probably have shit muscle building genetics/ or your doing something very wrong. Do you have a good gym split?

yes, anterior posterior and i meant dont say it because im already doing everything i should be doing and i have decent genetics (i think) but i cant seem to improve i hit a plateau over the past 3 weeks and cant get past the 75kg bench nor improving on other exercises
 
diet, sleep, cut, and be lean
And also get peptides and tren

If you have been consistently proggresive overloading, have a deload week, that seems to help most people get over a plateau
