I’ve started gymmaxing for the past few weeks and drinking mass gainers non stop each day. Now my cheeks aren’t as hollow and my neck is pretty much the same. How long does it take to see results. Proper want to improve my frame before 1 feb so what exercises do u recommend. I could barely do a 25 bench press it’s sad asf Venting I really wish I had a gym bud who knew what they were doing but the town I’m from in UK I don’t know anyone .

it's only been for a few weeks so don't try to expect a lot of gains because you are probably doing many mistakes, improve your diet and try to max the intensity

Diet in what ways , i had many friends birthday and have been eating cake non stop is that bad

Figure out your maintenance calories before mindlessly chugging mass gainers. You want to know how many cals you burn every day to get an understanding of how much you have to eat.

Only being able to bench 25 is pretty weak but nothing to be worried about, a lot of skinny beginners struggle with the bar
 
You will get stronger pretty fast yeah, but putting on real size without becoming just fat is difficult as a natty

Lmao ditch the mass gainers and just do basic exercises such as pushups, pull ups, squats and dips.

Once you can do them well you can start to do weighted pull ups and bench press.
I recommend lateral raises to get wider shoulders.

Eat lots of protein and fat, low carbs.

Weigh yourself right after waking up

Eat exactly the amount of cals that the calculator told you for a week

Weigh yourself right after waking up 7 days later and see if you gained/lost/stayed the same

Adjust cals accordingly until you have a good understanding of your maintenance

Dude no laughing matter Before vs after
Mass gainers have a lot of calories in them ofc you'll get bloated a'd lose facial definition if you don't have a fast metabolism

I’m below weight like 65 when average is 69 how can I increase without gaining fat

Eat ~200-300 cals above maintenance while working out and eat enough protein.

You will gain some fat because you're natty. Can take care of that later once you have some mass on you.
