Workout doesn't get much results compared to the investment of time. So I mean Genetic is more important and gymmaxxing is overrated.
Look at the Jordan barrett's body. His body is really aesthetic. If you have above average bone structure, you really don't need gymmaxxing.

- With clothing
If you wear the clothes, gymmaxxing is more no use. Generally no one cares about your muscle even if you did gymmaxxing.

His bone structure is not good, as a matter of fact its damn near brutally dogshit. The only good characteristic of his physique are his long straight clavicles but they get utterly shit on by his extremely wide hips. He also has horrific insertions just look at the state of his shoulder and bicep insertions and where tf are his abs at that relatively low bodyfat.

But at the end of the day in a shirt his wide clavicles will mog most men and you won't see his hips so he will still mog as women don't see 99% of the shit I just said above.

Yes, Even though his bone structure is not good, His body looks great. Being lean is one of the most important things

gymmaxxing is overrated by redpillers and underrated by normies.

and I'd say too that it's not accurate to talk about how much gymmaxxing matters in general, because it depends A LOT on your base. gymmaxxing won't do shit for a 5'6 man with an average face, but it will ascend HARD a 6'1 guy with an average face

Being lean is the most important thing but you would not want to be a walking skeleton. You need to have muscle to appear masculine.
